“Erdenet Makh Market” LLC is one of the oldest meat factories in Mongolia, which has been operating since 2002, continuously.
As of today, we operate with over 80 qualified employees who work for Professing Factory which consists of 6 workshops for initial processing, byproduct processing, sorting and removing meat from bone, and packaging of semi-processed and finished products, Refrigeration Factory consisting of 9 warehouses for eviscerating, defrosting, deep freezing, and storage, and Export Factory for the production of thermally processed products.
Within the frame of the goal to provide the population with healthy, industrially-prepared meat products with a clear origin, we introduced the HACCP critical point control system in our operations and obtained the HALAL certificate in 2017. In 2021, the ISO9001 Standard of Quality Management System was certified second time by the International Organization and our factory became that meets the requirements of International Food Safety and Sanitation Standards.
